To acquire the Strength HM in Pokémon BDSP, players must travel to the Lost Tower on Route 209, which is east of Hearthome City and south of Solaceon Town. Once players reach the top, they receive the hidden power move and a cleanse tag.
To get the hidden move Strength in Pokémon BDSP or Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl, the first step is to play the game until you reach Canalave City. Defeat sixth Gym Leader Byron and get the Mine Badge. This will allow you to use the Strength move as soon as you acquire it.
To get HM04 power in Pokémon Emerald, you need to find the Rock Smash ability and earn the Dynamo Badge. You can get Rock Smash in Mauville City, the same place where you can earn the Dynamo Badge. Once you can use Rock Smash, you can gain strength by clearing the rocks in Rusturf Tunnel.

Once the Poketch app is displayed, press the red button to go to the Hidden Moves screen and select Select Strength from the menu. It’s recommended to just press the A button toward the gray rock as it’s faster.
In both Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Pokémon Shining Pearl, Ralts can be found in the Great Underground, specifically either Dazzling Cave, Stargleam Cavern, or Fountainspring Cave.
To use the HMs, players must first defeat the gym attached to the train. Then simply press the R button on the Nintendo Switch’s Joy-Con. Choose the move that needs to be used, e.g. B. Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl’s Defog in foggy areas.
Finally, Gible can be obtained by breeding a male and female Gabite or Garchomp – or just one of those Pokémon with Ditto – at the Pokémon Nursery in Solaceon Town. Visit regularly until you get an egg, then take a long walk until your gible hatches!
All you have to do to get Defog is enter the game and talk to the green-haired NPC standing in front of you. After that, you can use the movement of your Poketch to get rid of the extremely annoying fog that lingers on certain routes.
Gible can be found in a hidden cave on Route 206 under the bike path bridge.
Position of Strength TM/HM in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl for the Nintendo Switch! You can get strength from the NPC at the top of the tower in Route 209. You cannot use the HM out of combat until you defeat the 6th arena.
