Old Attius Farm is an old abandoned Imperial farm on the outskirts of Raven Rock. It is located along the road exiting Raven Rock to the south, and has been abandoned since the Red Mountain erupted. The first time you approach the farm, Captain Veleth will be battling three ash spawn.
It can be accessed via a trapdoor hidden within the ruined wooden farmhouse. You will follow a suspicious Redoran Guard to this location during the related quest.
Old Attius Farm is located to the south-south-east of Raven Rock on Solstheim. The old farm has been abandoned for a long time, ever since the Red Mountain erupted. Interestingly even today Ash Yam (×17) and Scathecraw (×5) are growing as if cultivated in the farm gardens.

A coffin chamber in the north-west of the fort features Ildari’s Journal and next to it a knapsack with the Fort Frostmoth Key, required to continue onward. To finally confront General Falx Carius who carries the Champion’s Cudgel and another Fort Frostmoth Key.
Solstheim was a territory belonging to Skyrim until the High King gave the island to Morrowind to serve as a refuge for the Dunmer fleeing Morrowind after the eruption of the Red Mountain volcano. Geographically, half of Solstheim is similar to northern Skyrim, covered in icy glaciers and snow.
At first, the house appears to be nothing more than a ruin, with only a few scattered items, a note from Bjornolfr to Hrodulf on the table, and a wooden chest visible. However, a trapdoor, located just right of the chest, leads to the basement, where the Dragonborn can find Hrodulf’s Journal and two leveled Reavers.
Every ash spawn has a week spot located in the middle of their torso….it looks like a ball of lava. If you use a bow and arrow and approach them from a distance, you can hit the lava point a few times and it will kill them. If they have already spotted you, use wabbajack in one hand and restoration in the other.
Usage. They can be used in conjunction with the Conjure Ash Guardian spell to prevent the summoned Ash Guardian from becoming hostile towards the summoner. They can also be used to enchant a staff at the Staff Enchanter. Can be sold to Neloth in Tel Mithryn for the completion of the Heart Stone quest.
Served Cold is a Raven Rock Quest that can only be accepted if the player has completed the preceding quest March of the Dead, and has gained enough favor with Raven Rock by completing The Final Descent.

To open the door, equip the Bloodskal Blade. When doing a power attack, a red beam will come out of the blade. If doing a horizontal attack (done by moving to the side while doing a power attack from a standing position), a horizontal beam will come out, while a straight power attack results in a vertical beam.
Severin Manor – Originally the house of the Severin Family, this house can be awarded to the Dragonborn through the sidequests March of the Dead and Served Cold. The Manor is well equipped to suit your needs while adventuring through Solstheim.
