Head to Stark Mountain
Once able, navigate north to Route 225. Then head east to get to the survival area. Continue east on Route 227. Note that you must use Rock Climb and Surf to get to Stark Mountain.
Stark Mountain is a volcano at the northernmost point of Sinnoh. This volcano suffers an extreme aesthetic alternation between Diamond & pearl.

Route 227 Walkthrough
Hide your bike and head northeast. Then you cycle over the small rock blocking the path. Go west and down the path. Then go north.
Path to Route 225 closed without a National Dex
You must first obtain the National Dex from Professor Oak before you can access Route 225. Do this by complete your Sinnoh Dex and travel to Sandgem Town to get your National Dex.
And Firespit Island could easily be the start of Stark Mountain in the post-game Diamond and Pearl Survival Area, with Heatran in both. The Alabaster Islands, on the other hand, are all about the Snowpoint Temple, which exists in Diamond and Pearl in Snowpoint City.
Where to find Heatran in Pokemon Brilliant Diamond & Luminous Pearl. Trainers must complete the main story of the Sinnoh Remakes and unlock the National Dex before catching Heatran.
After completing the Sinnoh Dex, you can drive to Route 225 on the way to Heatran. Keep going up, defeating trainers and collecting items along the way, until you reach the survival area. Here you can rest and buy new items.
