Overstock allows customers to send back most products within 30 days of receiving them. The items you wish to return must be in new, unused condition with all original tags, labels, and accessories.

Securely roll and tightly wrap your rug into its original plastic packaging or any thick plastic if the original packaging is no longer available. Plastic wrap, thick plastic trash bags, and contractor bags all work well. If the received item has wear or damage from use, the full credit may not be issued.
