Restricted numbers are private numbers that are not associated with any public telephone service. This means they cannot be called from a regular phone line. They can only be called from special devices or services specifically set up to connect to these numbers.
This means that the number you are trying to call is blocked and your call will not go through. You may also see this message when trying to dial a toll-free number from your phone. To bypass the restrictions, dial *82 before the number.
