Night Eye is a magic effect in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. It allows better vision at night. Khajiit have this effect naturally.
Once you have mastered the Illusion, you can go to Mage School and obtain “Vision of the Tenth Eye” from Drevis Neloran as part of the Illusion Ritual magic quest. It’s a night eye spell that lasts 30 seconds and costs no magicka.
Improved night vision for 60 seconds. The night eye is a lesser power possessed by all Khajiit that allows them to see better in the dark. The vampire vision (000c4de1) possessed by level 3+ vampires is identical in all but the name.
For the similar power in Oblivion, see Hunter’s Sight. Vampire Gaze is a minor power learned by vampires when they reach level one of Vampirism. The effect grants night vision for 60 seconds. Like the Khajiit racial ability Night Eye, it can be toggled on and off and used an unlimited number of times per day.
