To get to Loch Modan, go all the way east in Dun Morogh, go north through both tunnels, and you’ll come out right at the quest giver.
Flame Crest is a Horde outpost in The Burning Steppes. It is located on a small ledge that can only be reached via a rough bridge. Behind is a small cave where Kibler lives with the talkative parrot Opus.

0 You can take a zeppelin between the two cities. Thunder Bluff departs from the northwest dock on Spirit Rise; Orgrimmar’s departs from the West Dock of the West Zeppelin Tower on the Orgrimmar Skyway. However, waiting for the zeppelin can take up to 10 minutes, so using it requires some patience.
During the disaster, Menethil Harbor was partially flooded, but was still inhabited. The docks are now floating and sandbags are being put up all over the city. Many of the city’s residents currently live on small islands or in rowboats, and the fortress has been taken over by Dark Irons.
