Eminem’s first Guinness World Record entry was in 2000 as “Fastest Selling Rap Artist” with his third album, The Marshall Mathers LP. He’s since earned multiple gigs, at least 11 as of March 2021, including his record-breaking title as the best-selling hip-hop artist of all time.
Godzilla’s expressive verse has a total of 330 syllables, meaning the world-renowned musician has broken his own record and is capable of 10.65 syllables per second or 7.23 words per second to rap as reported by Genius.
Including the portion of verse 3 from the line “Trigger happy, pack heat, but it’s black ink” (starting at 2 min 45 sec), Eminem spits out an average of 284 words in 42 seconds from 6.76 words per second – faster than “Majesty” and “Rap God”.
