During the day, the temperature reaches 18 degrees Celsius, the sunlight becomes stronger and feels warm and warm.

The ideal temperature for your baby’s bedroom is between 16 and 20 degrees Celsius. To check if your baby is not too hot or too cold, feel the skin on his neck or stomach.

40 degrees Fahrenheit is colder than 19 degrees Celsius and -40 °C is colder than 19 °C, but 40 °C is equal to 104 °F and 19 °C is only 66 °F much colder, although not really cold!
85 degrees can make some people feel hot while others feel 90 or 95 degrees. Various studies have shown that the “ideal” temperature for people to feel most comfortable is 72 degrees.
World Health Organization Standards
A suitably dressed adult, considered normal and healthy, should be comfortable in a room with a temperature of approximately 18°C (64°F). If you are prone to respiratory problems or allergies, you should never set your thermostat below 16°C (61°F).
What do the independent experts say? The Energy Saving Trust recommends heating your home to between 18 and 21 degrees Celsius in winter. And the World Health Organization (WHO) suggests 18 degrees as the ideal temperature for healthy and well-dressed people.
The ideal settings
21°C is advisable for simply lounging. 20° C is pleasant for housework. 16°C is recommended for sleeping or when nobody is at home.
For someone from a cool nation, 16°C (60°F) is a stunning, virtually warm spring day. You might think it’s a little crisp, but it’s not that cool, you should approve of long jeans (or tights if you’re wearing a dress or skirt), a sweater and a light coat.
What temperature is too cold for air conditioning? As a general rule of thumb, HVAC manufacturers typically recommend that users do not operate equipment for long periods of time when the temperature is below 16-18 degrees Celsius.
Considered to be relatively cool and although enjoyed by the hardier among us, would exceed 10-20 minutes in the sea will leave you feeling refreshed, to say the least.
It says: ‘The recommended air temperature for use in a paddling pool is at least 20 degrees, however Southampton City Council will only close the facility if the air temperature drops below 15 degrees.
It is important to note that the study report did not recommend this rule. However, the study concluded: “In top lean swimmers, 16°C and 18°C lead to hypothermia in less than two hours. For a shorter swim, 16°C is possible. Swimmers are probably coolest some time after leaving the water.”
18 is the optimal temperature for a baby’s room. At 16-20 degrees, dress your baby in a vest and cotton romper. If the temperature is 20 degrees use either a sleeping bag with a 1 tog rating or a blanket. If the temperature is 16 degrees, use a 2.5 tog sleeping bag or 2 blankets.
