The Winchester Model 1866 carbine is an improvement over the Henry rifle, and depending on the year it was released and the condition of each model, they can sell for between $10,000 and $30,000.

These rifles were originally priced at $50 in 1873, but by the end of the century they were available for $19.50. Winchester also offered a special Model 1873 sporting rifle with fancy checkered wood and a pistol grip stock priced at $35.50.

High quality authentic models of this rifle can range from $10,000 to $500,000 depending on year of manufacture, provenance and condition.
The 1894 was used by the Winchester Repeating Arms Company until 1980 and then by U.S. Repeating Arms manufactured under the Winchester brand until they stopped making rifles in 2006.
