The MSRP (manufacturer’s suggested retail price) for a booster pack is $4. Buying a box of 36 packs at MSRP would cost $144. While most local retailers (like Wal-Mart and Target) sell their booster packs for $4 each, you can find booster packs for less than $99.

Each booster pack contains a random selection of six common cards, three uncommon cards, and one rare card. Each booster pack contains one parallel foil card from the 10-card assortment, and possibly also a premium foil card. There is always at least one foil in every booster pack!
