You should be able to craft 1800 Royal Dragonhide Bodies per hour.
The green dragonhide body is part of the green dragonhide armor set. In order to carry the body, a player must first have completed the Dragon Slayer quest and have level 40 ranged and defense. It is crafted at crafting level 63 and uses 3 green dragon hides, yielding 186 crafting experience.

All parts can be crafted through members’ tradeskill, which requires a total of 6 Green Dragonhide for the armor and an additional Maple Shield, 2 Green Dragonhide and 15 Steel Nails for the shield.

Remove 27 green dragon skins from the bench south of the tanner and 20 coins for each hide you wish to tan. Walk north into Ellis’ building and right click on Trade Ellis. Tan them all and run back to the bank. Each run takes about 25 seconds to run and 45 seconds to walk.
A blue hide shield is a leather shield that requires at least level 50 ranged and 40 defense to wield. The shield is created by using a yew shield on two pieces of blue dragonhide while having 15 mithril nails and a hammer in inventory.
Blue Dragon Hide (aka Blue d’hide) is a 100% drop item from Blue Dragons when they are killed. Players can take skins to a tanner to craft blue dragon leather for a fee of 20 coins at a tanner (45 coins from Sbott in Canifis) or with the moon spell Tan Leather.
Black Dragonhide is used in the trade skill to craft black leather armor. It can be crafted by giving a Black Dragonhide and 20 coins to a Tanner (45 coins from Sbott in Canifis). Tanners can be found in Al Kharid, the Ranging Guild, Canifis, and the Crafting Guild.
Blue Dragonhide (formerly called Blue D-Leather) is used in the trade skill to craft blue dragonhide armor. Players can obtain it by bringing a blue dragon skin (a drop of blue dragon) and 20 coins to a tanner, or 45 coins for the Canifis tanner, or by using the Make Leather spell at level 83 Magic.
