Arrows come in six types and can be purchased from Beedle at Stables, in general stores in villages, or from the arrow stalls in: Tarrey Town (following the From the Ground Up Side Quest) Gerudo Town. Rito Village.
If you just run around in a circle they will keep firing and (mostly) missing you, and you can pick up all the arrows as long as you want as they never run out. Just don’t kill these guys and you can keep coming back for more whenever you want!
