Just click on the Ectofontus to worship and get prayer experience. Players need to talk to the Disciples when the Ectofontus is full (after 511 services) to get some Ecto Tokens (2,555 tokens when it is full). Players can then worship again.
Simply click on the Ectofontus to worship and get four times the prayer experience than burying bones. Players need to talk to the students to get some Ecto Tokens. One Worship equals 5 Ecto Tokens.
Ecto tokens are the currency of Port Phasmatys. Players need two of these to purchase access to the city if they have not completed the Ghosts Ahoy quest, or to purchase Brewer’s Yeast (requires 5 Ecto Tokens). You can still charter a ship to Port Phasmatys for a variable fee depending on the port of departure.
It is highly recommended to use infernal ash in the Ectofontus as using it eliminates the need to grind bones.
Get Ecto Tokens
To redeem Ecto Tokens, players must speak with a Spirit Disciple while wearing the Spiritspeak Amulet. To worship the Ectofontus you must have bones, empty pots and buckets. There is a staircase on the east side of the Ectofontus that will lead you to the Bone Grinder. Use the bone on the loader.
A sacred symbol is a silver trinket blessed by the power of Saradomin. It can be crafted at crafting level 16 by casting a silver ingot in a furnace using a sacred mold to create an unstrung symbol.
If the player loses the Ectophial, they can get a free replacement from Velorina in Port Phasmatys (must wear a Spiritspeak Amulet) or buy it from Perdu for 4,600 coins. It’s commonly used in escape fights because it’s easy to replace, costs nothing, and can be teleported from your inventory with one click.
Ava’s Assembler is an updated version of Ava’s Accumulator that requires completion of Dragon Slayer II to obtain and use. It can be upgraded by bringing Vorkath’s Head, 75 Mithril Arrows and either 4,999 gp or Ava’s Accumulator to Ava at Draynor Manor.
The better the bones, the more Ecto Tokens you get. Go to Canifis. You must complete Priest in Peril to get here.
Prayer is a non-member combat skill. Prayer is trained by burying bones, using them on an altar in a player’s house, praying at the Ectofontus with Bone Meal and Slime Buckets, or killing revived monsters summoned via the Arceuus Spellbook. Different bones give different amounts of experience.
The Necklace is worth using in conjunction with the Bone Crusher or the Attuned Ectoplasmator in places where monsters often drop bones, ash, or ghosts, as the combination can quickly restore Prayer Points and no time is wasted manually burying the bones.
Buckets of Ectoplasm can be obtained from the Slime Pool in the southeast corner of the 2015 Halloween Event. It is used as a replacement for a bucket of slime with the Noumenon River’s Ectofontus and is automatically destroyed once leaving the Halloween area.
You can now get buckets of slime by giving bones to Robin after completing Morytania Journals: 13 per day for the medium journal. 26 per day for the hard diary.
Another convenient way to get to Port Phasmastys is to teleport to Catherby Docks with a “chipped” Camelot teleport and charter a ship to Port Phasmastys. A fairy ring (code ALQ) is west of town.
