Go down the stairs to the security gate and turn around to find a grate near the ground. This leads back to a Riddler Trophy (Arkham Mansion Riddle #26). The door from this room is locked, so you need to hold on over it. An opening in the ceiling here can be reached via your Batclaw.
Perform a silent takedown on a nearby guard, then mine his body with explosive gel. You can also keep an eye on him with a batarang just in case. When his buddies come to check on him, detonate the gel and quickly move in for a few ground takedowns. Add more gel and back off to repeat this process.

You can now use your line launcher to cross the long ditch on the west side of this room. On the other side is a Riddler trophy and three chattering teeth to destroy (Botanical Gardens Riddle #24). Enter the door at the end of the hall to confront Ivy. She will send you back to Arkham Mansion.
Use your line launcher at the south end of the old sewers to cross the deep gap to the Riddler’s trophy (cave puzzle #4). Now grab up the ledge and follow the path to the Batcave. In the Batcave, you get the Ultra Batclaw, which gives you access to those pesky destructible panels at the top!
It was discovered that Croc could heal minor injuries in a matter of moments, and his regenerative abilities even regrow entire limbs; proven by sawing off Croc’s hand.
Being Batman, he wins and Croc remarkably keeps their deal. Once everyone is pulled out of the toxic sewers and held in cells pending treatment, Batman and Croc do indeed have a truly endearing heart to heart.
