Players can remove skulls instantly by dying to monsters, in safe mini-games, or in the flame pit in a player’s own home.
The skull will appear over players who unprovokedly attack other players in the wilds or enter the Abyss without having an Abyssal Bracelet equipped.

The Face Mask can be purchased from any Slayer Master for 200 coins. It is worn upon entering the Smoke Dungeon in the Kharidian Desert. If the face mask is removed at any point in the dungeon, inhaling dust and smoke will deal heavy damage to players at a rate of 200 health points every 12 seconds.
A hauntingly beautiful amulet in the shape of a skull. The Amulet of Avarice is an amulet that can be obtained as loot from revenants in the Revenant Dens. The Amulet has the same combat bonuses as the Amulet of Glory, but with an additional 20% more accuracy and damage when fighting revenants.
The face mask can be purchased from any Slayer Master for 200 coins. There is a mask spawn in a locked cage on the top floor of Kourend Castle, but the only way to pick it up is with Telegrab. It must be worn when fighting dust devils, otherwise they will dramatically decrease players’ stats.
Unlike regular food, which restores a fixed amount of health, kebabs have varying amounts of healing when consumed. A player with 90-99 Health Points can expect to heal 11 Health on average, and heal for about 1 less Health for every 10 levels lower.
The “Skull” will automatically disappear after 10 or 20 minutes depending on how the player got it; It disappears after 10 minutes after using the Abyss and 20 after attacking a player. If a player re-enters the Abyss or attacks another player who hasn’t already attacked them, the skull timer will reset.
In PvP, the Teleblock spell prevents a player’s ring of life from activating. The teleport works up to level 30 wilderness, as opposed to the normal level 20 limit for most trinket-based teleports below Dragonstone.
It is made by enchanting a diamond ring with the Lvl 4 Enchantment Charm. In PvP, the ring will teleport you away if you are not teleblocked. When activated, the Ring of Life does not heal poison.
