So the price for an Ur-Nether must be around 500-1000G.
Engineers use Primal Nethers for BoP goggles and a brand new tradeable epic weapon with tanking stats. The most common contenders for Urnether are Blacksmiths, Leatherworkers, and Tailors, all of whom use Urnether for both tradable and BoP items.

However, Primal Nether is a bind-on-pickup item and is difficult to farm. There is a small chance of dropping the final boss during normal level 70 instances and a 100% chance of dropping during the final boss in heroic modes.
Zangarmarsh is the best place to farm Mote of Lire. There are 3 different locations, but the drop rate is pretty much the same for all 3. The main difference between locations is respawn time and mob density. Farming swamp lords and mushroom giants around the quagg ridge gave me the most life motes.
ZA (Phase 4) – Badges drop in Kara/ZA, heroic keys at Honored, some new badge gear, probably Primal Nether will be added to the badge vendor here as they will definitely be BoE here.
