Just hold the button and move the rod back and forth as needed and you should pull the fish up. It flies to the ground, the cat grabs it and runs home, and you’re basically done.
Sera’s cat hangs out around the small pond behind Jaggle’s house. He is very shy and if Link approaches him, he will run away. Link needs to get the fishing rod to catch a fish in the small pond.
