In Adobe Illustrator you can find it in the menu > object > Expand Appearance expands general vector attributes and effects. You can then expand objects, fonts, fills, or strokes by choosing Menu > object > Expand and choose which ones to expand.

This is not possible.
As soon as you no longer edit > Undo this action, you’re out of luck. Illustrator just doesn’t store the required data anywhere. The only option you have is to build from scratch.
Here is the solution. Grab the brush tool and then set the brush definition to charcoal. And now just swipe a small line anywhere on your canvas without overlapping your current design. Then select all and Expand Appearance is available.
Press Ctrl + A on PC or ⌘ + A to select all graphics in your file. Look in the top bar or in the transform window and you will see the width and height of your selection. After clicking the link, enter a new height or width and press Enter, which will scale your image proportionally.
Expand takes the line, turns it into a shape and is no longer editable as a line. ( Right) The expand function works the same (on a line or a path) as the Object > function. path > outline path. It takes the line and outlines it into an editable shape, as shown by the path highlighted in blue.
When a material is heated, the kinetic energy of that material increases and its atoms and molecules move more. This means that each atom takes up more space as it moves, causing the material to expand.
Outline works only on text objects. But Expand works on many other objects (and creates outlines at the same time). For example, text with an envelope distortion – Create Outlines doesn’t work, but Expand does.
You must View > Show bounding box. If you can’t get it to work, you can use the free transform tool. The icon you see is that of the Free Transform Tool and the anchor points appear as if the bounding box were not activated.
To resize an image using Illustrator, take the selection tool and click on your image to reveal the scaling handles in the corners of your image. Click on one of these handles and drag it to Scale your image. You can hold Shift while scaling to lock the aspect ratio.
