The player must take the Magneton to Mt. Coronet and then level it up to evolve it. This can be done by fighting or by using a rare candy. The Magneton will evolve into a Magnezone.
Once you have a Magneton, you have two options for evolving it into Magnezone. The first is to simply use a Thunderstone like in the past to evolve it, which requires you to find a Thunderstone. The other option is to wait until you reach Coronet Highlands in game.

To evolve Magneton into Magnezone, you must be near a Magnet Bait Module on a PokéStop. Once within its range, you can evolve it with 100 Magnemite Candy b>. The prompt to evolve your Magneton will turn from red to green once you’re able to evolve it.
Where can you get a magnetic bait module? Magnetic Bait Modules are obtained in several ways. The easiest way to get one is to buy one in the shop for 200 Poke Coins. You can buy 100 coins for $0.99, so your total purchase would cost you just under $2.
In Pokémon Go, Combee can evolve into Vespique, but it has the same requirements as in the mainline games: Combee must be female. Evolving Combee into Vespiquen requires 50 Combee Candies. It can only develop if it is female. If you don’t see the evolution prompt, your combee is male.
To capture Magnemite, you must wait on the Cobalt Shores for a space-time warp to begin. Once you’ve done that, get there as soon as possible and be ready. Time-space distortions tend to get hectic, so keep your head on the go to find a magnemite.
Magnemite only appears in the Spacious Cave, Frozen Cave, White Cave, and Glacial Cave areas as a rare encounter at levels 16-63, scaling based on progress in the game, such as many arena badges, you have and/or have you beat or not the Elite Four: A badge: Level 16-20.
