Right-click on a layer and select Change Layer Opacity. select level > Change layer opacity.
In the layer’s properties, go to the Drawing tab and adjust the Opacity parameter.
Select the layer you want, then click the opacity drop-down arrow at the top of the Layers panel. Click and drag the slider to adjust the opacity< /b>. You’ll see the layer’s opacity change in the document window as you move the slider. If you set the opacity to 0%, the layer will become completely transparent or invisible.
From the top menu, select Drawing > Change bitmap drawing resolution.
Hopefully you’ve found the answer by now, but if not: Right-click the layer you want to adjust the transparency on and click the “Properties” tab. There will be an option to adjust transparency under the “Visibility” tab. Hope this helps.
Change layer opacity – In the layers menu, tap with two fingers on the layer whose opacity you want to change. The layers menu should close and you can drag your finger or stylus from left to right anywhere on the screen to adjust the opacity.
Tap Change > Adjustments > Effects > Opacity to bring up the opacity interface.
Click the + dropdown menu in the lower left corner of the layers docker and choose Transparency Mask. Use your favorite painting tool to paint on the canvas. Black paints transparency (transparent), white paints opacity (visible).
In the Resolution section, select the resolution of the project or continue with step 5 to add a new resolution to the list.
