The easiest way to reach the Tyras camp after the regicide quest is to drive to Catherby Port and charter a ship to Port Tyras, which costs 3,200 gp. Note that once you’ve reached the Tyras camp in the Regicide quest, you can still buy all the halberds in the shop.

Charter Ship
The charter ships have a dock in Port Tyras Harbour. It offers rides to several other locations. This is the quickest way to Tyras Camp except going through the dangerous Elven Forest.
Port Tyras is a port west of the Tyras camp. Players cannot use the charter ships until they complete Regicide, but to get there by ship you must have already chartered a ship coming from Port Tyras OR if you already have the Tyras Guard as part of the Regicide -Quest killed.
Note: To charter to Port Tyras you must have completed Regicide.
Itinerary
You can now travel to the Iorwerth Camp with access to Tirannwn. It is located in the extreme north of the forest. From the Underground Pass exit, head southwest until you come to a second dense forest obstacle immediately north. Pass through the dense forest and then go northwest, across the river.
Another convenient way to get to Port Phasmastys is to teleport to Catherby Docks with a “chipped” Camelot teleport and charter a ship to Port Phasmastys. A fairy ring (code ALQ) is west of town.
It can be found by taking a charter boat to Tyras Harbour, heading north, going through a dense forest obstacle, then slightly east and south via a stick trap to reach the clearing, or by heading to the Teleport Lodestone from Tirannwn and walk north. east, through the obstacle, and then south.
Lletya is a town that can be entered shortly after the start of Mourning’s Ends Part I. Eluned will teleport you to town for the first time and will give you an Elven teleport crystal with 4 charges that you can use to teleport back to town.
To enter Lletya, you must have at least started Mourning’s Ends Part I. After the quest, you can enter Lletya from Isafdar by finding and crossing the two trees shown below . Just beyond the trees you’ll find a small obelisk to charge your summoning points and a short path leading to the village.
Attack Speed
Although completing Regicide is not required to fight Zulrah, players must have completed the quest up to reaching Port Tyras (completing Regicide is for teleporting). There is also a faerie ring teleport, code BJS, west of Zul-Andra that is useless without completing Regicide.
To begin the quest you must find Islwyn roaming Isafdar, the forest in Tirannwn. He and his companion Eluned can be found in one of two clearings at any time, and he rotates between them every 5 minutes.
Ilfeen Ithell is an elf who roams the northern reaches of the Isafdar Forest. She is a member of the Ithell clan. It can be found either in the clearing southeast of the elven camp or in the clearing east of the catapult clearing.
Iorwerth Camp Teleport Scrolls are obtained from all levels of Treasure Trail Clues. The scroll is destroyed when used and teleports the player to the Iorwerth camp. They can be used for faster access to Lord Iorwerth, which is part of a hard clue scroll. This scroll can only be used after completing the Regicide quest.
To reach the camp, you can charter a ship to the Tyras camp and go north, or use a teleportation crystal (4) to teleport to Lletya and go northwest. Locations: Shark Fishing Spot and a Loom.
Players can access the dungeon after completing the quest “The Song of the Elves”; Konar quo Maten will also be able to start tasking them with killing monsters in the dungeon. The dungeon consists of numerous rooms housing a variety of Slayer monsters as well as some treacherous Iorwerth warriors camping outside.
