To get the ticket, players had to visit the Pokémon booth at the convention with their Game Boy Advance, a Pokémon FireRed or LeafGreen cartridge, and a Game Boy Advance Wireless Adapter.
Instead of showing normal inventory on the list of items available for purchase, everything is replaced with an option to purchase an Aurora ticket for free. Buy a ticket and exit. A check on the Key Items screen confirms that you now have an Aurora ticket.
Navigate to Miscellaneous Edits > Ferry’, tick each box and then click ‘Get Tickets’. You can then save your edited file and save it to your SD card.

The Rainbow Pass is given to the player by Celio after being asked about the Sapphire on One Island. The pass allows the player to travel to the remaining Sevii Islands on the Seagallop Ferry. Celio lets the player keep the Rainbow Pass afterwards.

Beat the game (Ruby, Sapphire or Emerald) on your Game Boy Advance. In order to get Jirachi in your game, you must have beaten Elite 4. This essentially means you’ve beaten the game. You must have an empty spot in your party before you can host Jirachi.
Both Mystery Gift and Mystery Event are available in the Japanese version of Pokémon Emerald. The primary use of the Mystery Gift system this generation is obtaining special items at Nintendo events. Altering Cave should also use the feature to change the wild Pokemon available there.
A player can only reach Birth Island after downloading the AuroraTicket via Mystery Gift and sailing there by speaking to the Sailor in front of the Sea Gallop Shuttles in Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen, or by boarding in Pokémon Emerald the SS Tidal is gone.
