You can take a free ride on the Deeprun Tram in Stormwind’s Dwarven District, which takes you to Ironforge.
Once you arrive in Ironforge, you must go to the Deeprun Tram to complete your journey to Stormwind, located in Tinker Town to the east. Make sure you head to the Great Forge and get the trajectory before boarding the tram! You will gain a decent amount of experience if you do this hike.
In Stormwind, the Deeprun Tram is located in the northeast part called the Dwarven District, which is primarily inhabited by dwarves. You enter the Tram instance through a tunnel on the easternmost side, surrounded by a large rotating cog like in Ironforge. There are two trams that arrive at different distances.
The Stormwind Portal Room is located in the Mage Tower in Stormwind’s Mage District and has been renovated to accommodate many different portals. You can port there to the following locations: Caverns of Time, Tanaris. The Exodar.

The quickest way for the Horde to get to Ironforge is to take the level 85 Twilight Highlands portal. The quickest route to Stormwind is still to take the Zep to Grom’gol and fly north. If you feel the need to speak to me you can use my battletag by Adams1983#1781.
Ideally you would ask a mage standing around in Stormwind for a portal. But if you are looking for an adventure take the Deeprun Tram from SW to Ironforge, walk through the front gates of IF and take a walk through Loch Modan and Wetlands until you reach Menethil Harbour, then take the boat to Auberdine, then thence to Darnassus.
If you cannot get a friendly mage to port you for free, you must take the boat to Darkshore. Change to the boat that goes to Menethil. b> WALK CAREFULLY to IF and take the Thelsamar trajectory on the way. Take the IF trajectory, then take the tram to SW.
There is currently no portal to Ironforge in portal space and with the recent removal of portals in Shrine and New Dalaran, the only new viable way to get to Ironforge is through a mage to ask or take the tram in Stormwind.
The Deeprun Tram takes 20 minutes to run at 35% speed (on foot) and 7 minutes to run at 100% speed.
Although Ironforge and Stormwind are geographically north and south of each other, the tram also appears to travel east on the minimap when entering the zone.
in the tower in the mage district, go up the tower, go into the portal, find a portal trainer there.
There is a large city in this zone called Ironforge. The area is controlled by the Alliance and should be avoided by the Horde. There is a dungeon or raid in this zone.
To reach Old Ironforge you must first go to the Perch area of Ironforge. There is a hidden door behind Deliana which is on the side of the throne. < b>This hidden door leads to a long hallway leading down to Old Ironforge. You can also reach the area in other ways.
The colossal forge in the central town of Ironforge. In the center is a platform run by blacksmith trainers, and the many buildings surrounding the forge house various trainers teaching herbalism, first aid, enchanting, cooking, mining, tailoring, leatherworking, and skinning.
In addition to the experience boost, heirlooms have other benefits. They scale with level and are relevant at every level without worrying about gear losses. This is great when leveling in dungeons when you don’t get that many quest rewards. They also don’t lose durability, which saves you gold on repairs.
