Unfortunately, there is no way to find an Alakazam in the Wild in Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl. There’s a list of Pokemon that can only be obtained through trading, and Alakazam is one of those Pokemon. The only way to get one is through trading with a fellow BDSP player.

Sadly, there are no wild Alakazams in the Game Boy games, and there is only one way to get one: through trade with another trainer. As soon as you trade a Kadabra with your friend, it will evolve no matter what level it its (don’t worry — the evolved Alakazam will learn new techniques at the same level as Kadabra).
Pokemon’s Hisui region has aqcuired a new way of getting those evolutions without even trading with other people. There is a possibility of you straight forward catching them in various areas but there’s also an easier way to do it with their pre-evolution.
