Turn off the printer, wait 15 seconds and turn the printer back on (using the power button on the back of the printer). The error code should no longer appear.
This error code can be due to various reasons, such as cable problems, firmware or hardware errors. You can try the reset processes as described at the top of the page. If you still get the error code, update the firmware, also try other printer cables.
The “Print Error” message is generally caused by a loose connection or outdated printer drivers. When this dialog box appears on your screen, it may be accompanied by an error code for reference or no code. Do not confuse this issue with “Missing or damaged ink cartridge” errors.
