Open the world map. According to the information you got at the end of the last quest (from Basileus), you need to visit the [Gilded Arena] again. Fast travel there and enter the previously explored dungeon. Go down the stairs.
When you’re done gathering supplies, fast travel to the Gilded Arena and enter the door leading to the stairwell. Continue to the first door. If it’s locked, just wait a few seconds and it will open. For a scene, enter the arena itself and travel to the Psychameron.
There is no direct exit from the Psychameron, except for Fast Travel. From what I can remember, the game instructs you to use Fast Travel after defeating the boss at the end of the dungeon. The same goes for Ivory Citadel later in the game.
Obtaining the Voidwalker
Attack the floating statue to obtain this item. Shoot the inactive portals on the floor and wall in the top ledge, then jump on them to exit the area. Exit the room and swing back to the previous area. Activate the nearby portal, then the other inclined portal to the northwest.
Finish the split soul and keep going up until you reach a balcony with a chest. Back out a bit and drop through the hole in the corner at the corner of the stairs. Loot the two chests there to get a Skeleton Key from one of them, then press the switch to open the gate.
Unlike the other quests, Achidna cannot be visited whenever the player wishes. It can only be found by going through the main quest line. As a result, it cannot be overlooked. Achidna is the final boss in the Psychameron, accompanied into battle by Basileus.
The chest that contains Fury’s Embrace. In The Black Throne, on your way to the top of the first tower (the one on Azrael’s far right), just after acquiring the Voidwalker, you’ll come across a materializing bridge, similar to the entrance, via an orange circle activation.
Death gains a special tool later in the game that allows it to activate blue circular portals. There should be two portals activated; one for the entrance and one for the exit. Once the two are active, just go through the portal to get to the exit.
