Unfortunately, T-Bag shot Bellick in the leg and arrested him. Michael and Sucre corner T-Bag to turn him in, but T-Bag stabs Sucre in the chest and flees.

In the epilogue, which takes place 4 years after the rest of the events of the series, Sucre is seen happily living in Chicago with his wife Maricruz and their daughter. He was last seen visiting Michael’s grave with the others and paying his respects to his best friend.
During the four-year time skip at the end, it is revealed that Michael has died, along with Sara, Lincoln, Sucre, Mahone, and Michael Scofield Jr.
Season 5. After C-Note learns of the evidence that Michael is still alive, C-Note contacts Sucre, who offers to come with them to Yemen to find his friend. Lincoln orders him to stay back and promises to bring Michael back.
Prison Break reunited the gang for season five, but not everyone got much screen time. Perhaps the most obvious example is Sucre, played by Amaury Nolasco. Sucre barely features in the revival series.
In “Dead Fall” it is revealed that this was a ruse planned by Sucre and Michael, but they were fooled by T-Bag, who traded the money bag for a bag of magazines. While fleeing the police, Sucre falls into a river and is pinned down by a fallen tree.
Sucre is beaten and forced to dig his grave; he gives no information about Michael, is buried alive and then taken to Sona, where he sees T-Bag. When Gretchen arrives at the museum, she finds a metal detector at the entrance. She leaves the armed agents at the exits to kill Michael and Lincoln.
Maricruz later reveals herself to be pregnant (by Sucre), further motivating him to flee. His happiness of becoming a father and marrying Maricruz is short-lived when he learns from Hector that Maricruz will no longer visit him in prison and has started a relationship with Hector.
Prison Break Season 5 brought the show back after a long absence but suffered from the same flaws that tainted the original series finale. Prison Break Season 5 may have finally brought a happy ending to Michael Scofield and his brother Lincoln, but the revival series was a failure.
The Sona Four are the four people who escaped from Sona. They were Michael Scofield, James Whistler, Alexander Mahone and Tracy McGrady.
When the rest of the group left the Middle East for New York, Michael sent Whip to Chicago where he would find answers – and he did! It turns out that Whip is actually T-Bag’s (Robert Knepper) son.

His intelligence is well noticed even by his enemies, e.g. with Mahone in Season 2 making various comments about Michael’s intelligence and even showing some admiration for him after successfully breaking out of two prisons (Fox River and Sona). He’s even offered a spot on The Company.
