They make initial contact while the Warblers were performing Uptown Girl, where it is shown that Sebastian is clearly attracted to Blaine. It can be assumed that Blaine is also impressed by Sebastian’s charisma and charm.
Santana, furious that Blaine might need facial surgery after Sebastian’s slushie, takes on the new Warbler captain for Smooth Criminal. After confessing to filling Blaine Slushie with rock salt, Sebastian douses Santana. You know it will come back.

Something’s Coming from West Side Story occurs in “I Am Unicorn“, the second episode of the third season. It is sung by Blaine as his audition for the role of Bernardo or Office Krupke in the school’s production of West Side Story.
In Loser Like Me, a few years after On My Way, Kurt and Dave reunite. Around this time, Dave embraced his homosexuality and started dating Blaine, who Kurt broke up with a few months ago. He hopes to be friends with Kurt even though he’s dating his ex, and even though Kurt is hurt, he doesn’t mind.

Blaine goes on to propose to Kurt at the beginning of Season 5. It is revealed in New Directions that he was inducted into NYADA and is graduating from McKinley in the same episode along with Tina, Artie, Becky, Brittany and Sam.
In Guilty Pleasures, Rachel finally learns that Brody is a gigolo.
