Shane and Carmen’s relationship ended abruptly in the Season 3 finale when Shane left her fiancé at the altar.

Unlike other cast members of “Love Is Blind,” Jansen and Hurley didn’t get together after filming wrapped. Jansen says in his Instagram post that the two haven’t even seen each other in person since filming.
