There have also been reports of various other NBA 2K22 VC issues where purchased VC was not being credited to the account. To resolve these issues, players must buy a ticket. Before submitting a ticket, please note that it may take a few hours for the VC you have purchased to be credited to your account.
Unfortunately, the answer is No, you cannot transfer VC between versions of NBA 2K. This includes not only different console versions of the same game (e.g. PlayStation 4 to Xbox One), but also different entries in the NBA 2K series (e.g. NBA 2K21 to NBA 2K22).
