We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery.
You have the right to return one or more products for a refund within 14 days of receipt of your order. The product should be in the same condition as it was received. The product must also be in its original containers with labels and protective stickers intact.
Any adidas product manufactured or purchased within the last two years is eligible for a return authorization. A copy of your original receipt or detailed proof of purchase is also required.
We offer a 12-month limited warranty on our products, which covers one-time replacement of the same product during the warranty period.
If you wish to exchange a product, you must return your purchase for a refund and place a new order. It is only possible to receive a refund for returns if the return complies with our Returns and Cancellations Policy as set out in Section 2.13.
Adidas returns policy states that you have 30 days from the date on the receipt to return any items you are not satisfied with, but only if you follow these rules : Ship the package from anywhere within the United States. Return the item undamaged and in the original packaging. Keep all original tags on clothing.
Submitting an Adidas Lifetime Warranty Claim by Phone
To submit your warranty claim by phone you must call Adidas Customer Service at 1-800-982-9337 and explain your request. Customer representatives should provide further instructions.

You can return your new and unused adidas.com purchase to an adidas retail store within 30 days of purchase. The original form of payment and the confirmation email or return label from the shipping carton are required for the store to process your return for the full purchase price.

You can cancel all or part of an online order within 15 minutes of placing it. 1. Go to the order tracker. You can find your order number in your order history or in the email we sent you to confirm your order.
Adidas uses FedEx for shipping and requires a signature upon delivery. Adidas cannot send the order to a PO Box or ship internationally.
adidas offers its 1-year manufacturing warranty in India through its authorized service partner, Luxury Personified. All you have to do is ensure that the problem with your product qualifies for a warranty claim.
We stand behind all of our shoes and gear. If your Nike shoes or apparel develop a defect in materials or workmanship within two years of the date of manufacture, we want to get you back in the game. If you think your item is faulty and it happens within 60 days of purchase, you can simply return it to us for a full refund.
If at any time during the 30 days of receiving your shoes you’re not satisfied with the fit, feel, performance, look or anything else, we’ll take them back – no questions asked. You don’t have to justify it to us, although your feedback is helpful. Just send them back and we’ll process your refund.
