29. December 2020: An MGA account executive confirms that Bratz will be making a comeback for a core series and a collector’s series at select retailers in August 2021.
Bratz releases continue in 2022 with the new release of the Bratz Flaunt it collection. The original release of the Flaunt it! Dolls was in 2002, so this re-release will also be in honor of the dolls 20th anniversary.
Due to poor reception and sales, the dolls were discontinued again in 2016. In September 2018, a new line of dolls called the “Bratz Collector” was designed by fashion illustrator Hayden Williams and released exclusively on Amazon. The brand bore close resemblance to the original line of dolls from 2001.
